How it works

Create a team and add player names
Enter your rec team name and roster, choose the first task, and sign in to save. Adult players can register themselves through the shared team link; where the form says parent name, they enter their own name.

Set up the next game or practice
Use an availability poll when the time is undecided, or an RSVP when the event details are already set. Add any volunteer tasks you need.

Share in your existing chat
Send the link in the message thread your players already use. They respond in their browser, and you check the team dashboard before the event.

Your first team includes scheduling polls, RSVPs, announcements and volunteer sign-ups. Each additional team costs $3.99 per month. People responding to shared links do not need a subscription.

Common questions

Is this only for youth sports?

No. Adult players can respond for themselves. The same scheduling polls, event RSVPs and sign-ups work for recreational teams and pickup groups.

Does every player need an account?

No. The organizer signs in to manage the team. Players responding through a shared link do not need to create an account or install an app.

Does Team Fold™ replace the league schedule?

No. Use your league’s official schedule as the source of truth. Team Fold™ helps your own team coordinate attendance and tasks around those games.
