Use separate tasks for bringing equipment, setting up, taking photos or helping at a team gathering. A specific job is easier to volunteer for than a general request for help.

A defined number of spots

Set how many volunteers a task needs. Families claim available spots, and the organizer can review the names and remaining openings.

Create your team
Add the team and player names, then choose “Find volunteers for snacks” as your first task. Sign in to save and manage the team.

Describe the duty
Add a title, instructions, event date and number of spots. For a season snack schedule, create a separate duty for each game so commitments stay clear.

Send the sign-up link
Share the link in your existing team chat. Volunteers enter their name and claim a spot without an account. Check the task before the event and follow up on any openings.

A free first team, with clear pricing

Your first team includes scheduling polls, RSVPs, announcements and volunteer sign-ups. Each additional team costs $3.99 per month. People responding to shared links do not need a subscription.

Common questions

Do volunteers need to download anything?

No. They can open the shared sign-up link and claim an available spot in their browser.

Can a task have more than one volunteer?

Yes. Set the number of spots when creating the duty, such as two helpers for setup or several people bringing refreshments.

Can I collect snack money through sign-ups?

These sign-ups record volunteer commitments, not payments. Monetary sponsorships and payments are currently under development.
