Team Fold™
Know who’s coming before game day.
A thumbs-up buried in a chat is not an attendance list. Give your team one event link where families and players can answer yes, no or maybe, then check the responses in your dashboard.
Start collecting team RSVPsClear event details
Include the game or practice title, date, time and location. Participants see what they are responding to instead of searching through earlier messages.
Three straightforward answers
Participants choose yes, no or maybe. Keep uncertainty visible rather than treating silence as a confirmed player.
Follow up with context
Review the attendance responses and roster before the event. Share the RSVP link again with families who still need to answer instead of asking the whole chat to start over.
How it works
- 1
Save your team and roster
Choose “Collect event RSVPs” during team setup. Organizers sign in to save the team; families do not need accounts to respond.
- 2
Create the event
Open your team dashboard and add the title, date, time and location. Check those details before sending the event link.
- 3
Share and review responses
Copy the RSVP link into your team’s chat. Parents choose their player and submit an answer. Review the responses before making attendance plans.
A free first team, with clear pricing
Your first team includes scheduling polls, RSVPs, announcements and volunteer sign-ups. Each additional team costs $3.99 per month. People responding to shared links do not need a subscription.
View plansCommon questions
Can parents respond without logging in?
Yes. They open the shared link, select their player, enter their name and choose a response in their browser.
Can we use RSVPs for more than games?
Yes. Use an RSVP for practices, team meetings, end-of-season gatherings or any team event with a confirmed date.
What if the event time is not decided?
Start with a scheduling poll to collect availability. Once you choose the time, create the event RSVP to collect attendance.
Put the next task in one shared link.
Organizers sign in to save and manage their team. Participants open the link in their browser to respond.
