Create a poll, choose the dates and time slots, and send its link to your group. Participants mark when they are available. The results heatmap helps you compare overlap among the responses that have been submitted.

A poll is useful when the event time is undecided. Once you have chosen a time, confirm it with the group rather than treating every availability response as an attendance commitment.

Coordinate a team after the time is chosen

A team hub gives organizers a place to manage event details, announcements and duties. Team RSVPs record yes, no and maybe responses for games or practices. Volunteer sign-ups let people claim available spots for snacks, equipment or event help.

These tools work for youth teams, adult recreational sports and other groups that need to keep track of responses.

Who needs an account?

Organizers sign in to save and manage their team. Participants opening shared poll, RSVP or duty links can respond in their browser without creating an account.
